September 23-24
This month we will be working as staff members for the Cub Family Campout.
The campout will be held at Unity Village as part of a Thunderbird District event.
We will perform whatever duties are necessary for the event to be a success!
(Last year, we ran the water-rocket station).
We will assemble at 5:00 PM at St. Sabina Gym in order to arrive at the campsite as soon as possible.
The event will end on Saturday (24-Sep-2011) NLT noon and we will be back at St. Sabina Gym NLT 2:00 PM.
We are also requested to assist with an Eagle Project at St. Sabina right after the campout (at St. Sabina).
Here is the Permission Slip for the event.

Dutch Oven Recipes
Here are two sites.. with *lots* of food ideas!
Hint: Prepare some at home in getting the ingredients ready and pre-measured, and save a lot of effort in camp!
Pre-made from scratch pizza crusts could be partially cooked at home, and finished with toppings and sauce in a dutch oven, cooking in just a few minutes each. Yum!
